We are looking for two dedicated & responsible Technical Support Agents to pace up our team!
Working hours: We provide 24/7 support as we have users all around the world. Candidates are required to be able to cope up with the shifting culture.
Weekend: Two Days based on roaster
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support through chat, email and video call to our SaaS app users
- Find issues related to HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Analyze the problem and share detailed report to the development team if required
- Report product manager about feasible feature request
- Other task assigned by the Head of the department
Required Skill Sets:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written – English)
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
- Basic understanding of JavaScript
- Familiar with using Browsers development tool
- Troubleshooting analysis
- Strong Logical / Analytical skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge about Shopify Liquid / jQuery is a plus
Probation Period: 3 Months.
