We are looking for two dedicated & responsible Technical Support Agents to pace up our team!


Working hours: We provide 24/7 support as we have users all around the world. Candidates are required to be able to cope up with the shifting culture.
 

Weekend: Two Days based on roaster

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide support through chat, email and video call to our SaaS app users
  • Find issues related to HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Analyze the problem and share detailed report to the development team if required
  • Report product manager about feasible feature request
  • Other task assigned by the Head of the department


Required Skill Sets:

 

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written – English)
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript
  • Familiar with using Browsers development tool
  • Troubleshooting analysis
  • Strong Logical / Analytical skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge about Shopify Liquid /  jQuery is a plus


Probation Period: 3 Months.
