Job Title: SaaS Product Manager

Role Overview

As a SaaS Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Shopify apps, focusing on product strategy, user experience, and growth. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX designers to enhance usability and customer experience.
• Work with developers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize product features and retention.
• Ensure smooth deployment, A/B testing, and iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS product management.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and customer journeys.
• Experience working with Shopify, e-commerce, or SaaS applications is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including design and development.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
